Research and design
We give a distinctive mood to each model taking care of materials, details and fit in order to get a sophisticated and unrepeatable nature.
Sampling
Each stylistic project translates the creative intuition into prototypes which exalt the garment’s performance in terms of comfort, aesthetics and finishes. Refining our prototype, we get the final sample which is indispensable in the next working steps.
Model development in each size
Our modelers draw up sketches and CAD files to develop the model and manage the positioning of the fabric that is necessary for the cutting. In addition, they set the technical sheets and the size tables that will be required during packaging.
Cutting and assembling
We cut fabrics by hand using scissors or brushing units or by computer by using the most advanced precision equipment. The elements are then assembled in coordinated packages and they continue on their journey inside the productive process with their technical sheets.
